DON’T SIT TOO MUCH1
With most corporates offering desk jobs, where for the majority of the time you have to sit in front of your PC and do online work, it is very important to keep moving and take a walk every few hours, otherwise, this can lead to obesity and weak eyesight.
DON’T HAVE JUNK FOOD
Avoid junk food. Although at times it is very tasty and tempting, in the long run it negatively effects the body and leads to obesity and diabetes and BP. Moreover, the oil used by caterers is of poor quality and many times it turns toxic and harms the body.
BE HYDRATED
Your body is 70 percent water and it need water constantly to function properly, so it is important to have 8 to 10 liters of water every day, and every few hours having some water keeps you hydrated and healthy
ENGAGE IN EXERCISE
Although it is difficult to take time out for exercise in our hectic schedule, it is very important to remain healthy and happy. Exercise releases positive hormones which make you feel good, happy and healthy. Moreover sweating is very good to remove toxins from the body. You can also try Pranayama as that too detoxifies the body.
GET YOUR 8 HOURS OF SLEEP
Try not to attend late night parties and sleep early and wake up early in the morning and do some yoga or exercise, this will help you keep your body healthy.
You should match your sleep cycles according to nature’s cycles and sleep by 10 pm at night and try waking up at or before 7 am in the morning. This goes a long way in keeping you healthy, fit and fine
DON’T BE OBSESSED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA
People now a days are obsessed with Facebook and WhatsApp. They check their profiles every two minutes. Social media is good for networking but you should not get obsessed with it. Decide that you are not going to be online after 8 at night and before 8 in the morning. Instead, spend time reading and meditating. This will help keep you healthy.
