The Reels-focused social media platform for Meta is currently unavailable. Yeah, Instagram is the issue at hand.

According to the outage monitoring website Downdetector.com, thousands of Instagram users experienced service outages on Thursday morning.

More than 27,000 users have reported issues with the social media site Instagram, according to DownDetector.

The website compiles status updates from many sources, including user-submitted faults on its platform, to keep track of outages.

A surge in the outage graph on Down Detector about 7 a.m. indicated an increase in reports that Instagram is not working.

More than 52% of the reported outages, however, were caused by problems with server connections. 30% of users reported running the app troubles, while 18% had login problems.

All of Meta's social media platforms, including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, experienced service disruptions about a month ago.
