11403 flat buyers of Greater Noida Amrapali can get flats in just 6 months. National Building Construction Corporation Limited ( NBCC ) has divided Amrapali’s project into 3 categories following a court order. Most of the projects in A category are from Noida. Of these, the work of lift, STP (sewage treatment plant), painting, leakage, fire fighting system, etc. are left. There will be 32,384 flats in B category. A lot of work is incomplete here. It will take about 2 months to complete the formalities here.
The worst condition is that of the C category project. It has 2 projects of Greater Noida. The foundation level work has been done here. The B and C category projects will take the most time to complete. Byers’ lawyer Kumar Mihir said that NBCC claims that all the flats in both categories will be given possession within 3 years of the commencement of work. Amrapali Supreme Court decisions also affect 2 million flats in the National Capital Region on July 23 Amrapali case the Supreme Court
Had ordered cancellation of the lease deed of the builder’s land. This has shown the way to complete the unfinished project on the one hand, while on the other side the path of the registry of the completed project has been opened. The Supreme Court had clearly stated that CC (Completion Certificate) should be given. This will enable the registers living in the flat. Buyers have been asked to complete the project with arrears, but this is much less. To complete 7 projects of Noida, about Rs 1328 crore will be required. At the same time, to complete 5 incomplete projects of Greater Noida, about Rs 7741 crore will be required. Apart from this, the commission of NBCC will be Rs 774.17 crore.
