Renowned Marathi and Bollywood actor Atul Parchure’s death at the age of 57 has saddened fans and colleagues alike. The actor, known for his notable roles in films and his appearances on The Kapil Sharma Show, passed away on 14 October after a prolonged battle with cancer. Parchure’s health deteriorated while he was performing in the Marathi stage play Suryachi Pille.
Maharashtra’s Chief Minister, Eknath Shinde, posted for the actor and expressed grief.
Actor Supriya Pilgaonkar shared a post for the veteran actor on Instagram.
With a career that spanned decades, Parchure became a beloved figure in both Marathi cinema and Bollywood. His remarkable comic timing and versatile roles made him a household name, especially in projects like The Kapil Sharma Show and All the Best, where he starred alongside Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt.
Survived by his mother, wife, and daughter, Parchure’s family has requested privacy during this difficult time. His passing leaves a void in the entertainment industry, and he will be deeply missed by fans and peers.
