6 millionaire candidates in sixth phase
There are 66 millionaire candidates in the sixth phase of Bengal elections. These include 28 candidates from Trinamool, 19 from BJP, two from Congress and four from CPI (M). The average assets of the sixth phase candidates is Rs 94.83 lakh. Out of 306 candidates, 87 have criminal cases against them. Of these, 71 have very serious criminal cases against them. These include 14 candidates from CPI (M), 25 from BJP, 24 from Trinamool Congress and five from Congress.

Let us tell you that Assembly elections are to be held in eight phases on 294 seats in Bengal. The first phase of polling took place on 27 March, the second phase of polling on 1 April, the third phase of polling on 6 April, the fourth phase of polling on 10 April, the fifth phase of polling took place on 17 April. Sixth phase voting will be held on April 22, seventh phase will be held on April 26 and eighth phase will be held on April 29. The results will be out on May 2.
