Bihar Unlock Guideline

Bihar Unlock Guideline

Despite the ever-decreasing cases of Coronavirus infection, no new relief is expected in the next phase of unlocking in Bihar (Unlock-2). The senior officers held a meeting for the time being and took feedback from the districts and agreed to maintain the status quo. Chief Secretary Tripurari Sharan said that a final decision would be taken after consideration in the meeting of the Disaster Management Group. It should be noted that the deadline for Unlock-1 in Bihar is ending on June 15. Thereafter the new order will be effective. It is possible that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will make a big announcement in this regard on Monday.

There is little hope of relief in Unlock-2

In view of the decreasing cases of corona, some relief was being expected in the second phase of unlock, but its expectation is very less. According to sources, the night curfew will continue for now. One hour relief can definitely be given in this. Apart from this, there will be no other big discount. An announcement in this regard can be made on Monday after final brainstorming.

You can get a discount on three to four points

In comparison to Unlock-1, discounts can be given only on three-four points in the new order. In this, religious places can be considered for the opening with certain conditions. Apart from this, restaurants can also be opened with 25 percent attendance. There is talk of opening the parks as well. However, the final seal on all these issues will be taken only after the meeting of the Disaster Management Group.

Waiting for July for big relief

According to sources, for the big relief in unlock, one will have to wait till the last week of June or July. Public and cultural events with educational institutions will be exempted with certain conditions in the next month itself. We will have to wait a few more days to increase the number of guests in religious places, cinema halls, restaurants and weddings.
