Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made its 6 paisa cashback offer easy. This offer was launched last month. Under this offer, users will be given 6 paisa cashback on making voice calling. Now this offer has been opened not just for calling but also for SMS. BSNL has said that the update of the offer has been done so that more and more users will be able to take advantage of this offer.
Under the update of the offer, BSNL users will also get this offer on sending 6 paisa cashback SMS. To avail this offer, users have to type ACT 6 paisa message and send it to 9478053334. If talking about calling, users have to talk on the call for at least five minutes to get cashback. This cashback offer is available to BSNL wireline, broadband and fiber-to-the-home subscribers. This offer is valid till 31 December.
This offer of BSNL was introduced after the decision of Reliance Jio in which 6 paise per minute will be charged for making calls on any other mobile network. The company claimed that the change was made due to the Interconnect Usage Charge (IUC) charge.
The company is also updating its prepaid portfolio as part of the cashback offer. The company has recently introduced a plan of Rs 998. In this plan, users will be given 2 GB data per day for 210 days. Earlier, the company introduced plans of Rs 365 and Rs 97. Under these plans, users will be given 2 GB data daily, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS daily.
