On Thursday, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh will meet Home Minister Amit Shah at his residence amid protests over the new agricultural laws. The meeting will be preceded by a fourth round of talks between the Center and farmers’ organizations. In such a situation, this meeting is considered very important. According to sources, the Captain will hold discussions with Shah in Delhi this morning and try to resolve the deadlock. The Chief Minister of Punjab and the Congress party are supporting the farmers’ protest and have passed several bills in the state assembly aimed at ignoring the agriculture law of the Center.
