The couple has made Kulhad Pizza famous not just in Jalandhar but all across the country. After giving a boost to the pizza in a twisted way, they gave many people the idea to offer a desi version of pizza in a pot cup or kulhad. After seeing massive popularity through Kulhad Pizza, the couple faced a huge backlash after their viral MMS was leaked by one of their workers.

A few years back, no one has even dreamt of having pizza in a kulhad. However, this couple introduced it and made it famous countrywide. The popularity was at its peak when they opened their first restaurant in the city. Overall, the credit for making kulhad pizza famous in the country can be given to this duo.
Controversies that lead to their downfall
Amid massive success and popularity, the couple started facing a downfall when a photo with an air rifle was spread on social media where Sehaj Arora was holding a rifle. After this, a police case was filed against him for promoting the gun culture. However, he got bail afterward, he faced lots of criticism and hate on social media.
The issue was not even settled properly when the couple got into another controversy. Someone from their team leaked their private videos. After this, the situation became even worse. Initially, the couple denied the footage, stating that they were not in the videos and someone had used artificial intelligence to ruin their name and fame.
Right after this, another video surfaced online that created more issues for them. Upon this, the couple contacted the police and filed a complaint. In the investigation, police found the involvement of one of their employees named – Tanisha Verma. He was arrested by the official for further investigation and legal procedures.
Backlash on social media
After these events, the couple faced legal battles and many protests. They also received backlash from the Nihang Sikh community. They asked Sehaj Arora to either remove the turban or simply stop sharing any video with his wife Gurpreet Kaur on social media. According to the protesters, the video of this couple is ruining kids and our culture.
Even after the police investigation and intervention to scale down the tension, the couple was brutally trolled on social media. Besides, they received death threats. This prompted them to get legal protection from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Despite this, the couple got many threats to the name of their son.

Due to excessive trolling, the couple was in the news where they had so many interviews. They claimed that the entire scenario had ruined their lives and affected their business badly. The business that was profitable initially started seeing significant losses. Furthermore, they also mentioned that they are not even able to live a normal life with their son due to threats and trolling.
Before this, they also stated that the Instagram account of Gurpreet Kaur was hacked where Gurpreet unfollowed Sehaj Arora. This complicated the situation when fake divorce rumors surfaced on social media. Amid all these, the couple has decided to start afresh with their son. For this, they left India and shifted to the United Kingdom.
