DDA has launched a new housing scheme. Under this, 18,000 flats will be sold. The last date of application is 10 May. Forms can be downloaded from banks website.
Under the new housing scheme of the New Delhi DDA, there are sample flats in Vasant Kunj and Narela in Delhi for people to see. DDA launched its new housing scheme online on 25 March. There are about 18,000 flats under it. They are divided into four categories – HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS.
The DDA said in its statement, ‘All the flat samples of the DDA category are available. People can come and see the flat between 10 am and 6 pm on any day, including Saturday and Sunday. DD has given important things about this scheme-
- 17,922 flats will be available in four categories – HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS. The scheme is open till May 10.
- Number of flats in different categories – HIG – 488, MIG – 1,555, LIG - 8383 and EWS – 7496
- The DDA has also arranged for a shuttle bus to see the samples of the flat. It is being served from Jahangir metro station to Narela on Saturday, Sunday and other holidays.
- According to the DDA, commercial nature, institutions and sports facilities will be available in the Narela sub-city.
- 3 lakh applications came just an hour after the launch of the 2019 DDA scheme.
- In this scheme, fees for 25,000 EWS flats, one lakh for LIG and two lakh for HIG, MIG have been kept.
- Under this scheme, 18,000 flats have been built in the residential areas of Narela and Vasant Kunj.
- According to officials, applications, verification and all other procedures will be done online. Application forms can be obtained from 13 banks’ websites.
