According to the information received, DDA has about 15 thousand flats ready, but the Jal Board is not able to provide water to such flats. 10,000 flats will be included in the scheme coming from March-April. After this, the plan to bring the remaining 11 thousand flats by the end of the year.
These schemes will include all category flats, but most will be EWS flats. The number of these flats will be around 40 to 50%. The scheme will not have HIG flats. The remaining 50% flats will have LIG and MIG flats. Most of these will be LIG flats. The size of these flats is bigger than the flats size of the previous two schemes. Consumers will not face small size problems with this. Most of the flats are in Rohini, Narela. DDA is also preparing to give plots for malls, shopping complexes, hospitals, schools around these places.
People are waiting for this scheme of new DDA flats. After about 6 years, the scheme of big size flats is coming. The DDA claimed to have brought 21 thousand flats in 2018, but could not bring the scheme. After this, efforts are being made to compensate by bringing two schemes this year.
