The news of work for the candidates waiting to start the admission process in the year 2021 at Delhi University. The process of application for admission to various courses for the academic session 2021-22 by DU can be started during the last days of this month. According to various reports, the DU Admission 2021 process can be started during the last week of July or maximum during the first week of August 2021. On the other hand, according to media reports published on the basis of information received from Delhi University Voice Chancellor, DU will release the admission schedule for various courses and modes soon.

Status not clear on CUCET
However, due to the cancellation of the Central and State Boards Class 12 examinations due to the pandemic and the declaration of results on the basis of alternative evaluation methods, it is believed that the DU Admission 2021 process is completed on the basis of Central University Common Entrance Test, CUCET. But no information has been shared officially by the university. According to the information received, Delhi University is currently awaiting the final decision by the University Grants Commission (UGC) on the admission process on the basis of CUCET 2021. Also, DU is also waiting for the Senior Secondary Result 2021 to be declared by the CBSE Board by 31st July 2021.
According to further reports, Delhi University, DU will also announce the admission dates and process for postgraduate and Ph.D. courses next week. In order to announce these dates, DU has to keep in mind that when the university will be able to conduct its entrance exam, whatever the UGC decides on DUET and CUCET.
