Cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Snehal Shriram explains that hair is the least useful part of our body because hair is not necessary like other organs to stay alive. Therefore, the hair of dieting is the first to suffer.

He explains that whenever our body lacks nutrition, is stressed or we are dieting, the body gets as much nutrition and the blood supply diverts to the essential organs like heart, kidneys, lungs and brain.

There are some diet programs that do not contain biotin and essential fatty acids, due to which the hair becomes dry and lifeless, due to which the hair starts to fall more and more.
