India is keeping a close eye on the situation in Afghanistan. A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security is going on at the Prime Minister’s residence. The meeting was attended by the Home Minister, Defense Minister, and NSA Doval. The ambassador from Kabul, who had just returned from Afghanistan, spoke at the meeting about the current situation in Afghanistan. The Globemaster of the Air Force returned 120 Indians to India from Kabul.

After Jamnagar, the aircraft landed at Hindon Airbase. People who had returned from Kabul provided details about the situation. Many people believe that the current situation is better than yesterday. With the assistance of local staff, work is still being done at the Indian Embassy in Kabul. Sources say that 1650 people applied for the return to their country.
