IS SAPNA CHAUDHARY GUILTY?
A court in Lucknow issued an arrest warrant against dancer Sapna Chaudhary for not appearing on Wednesday in a case of cancellation of dance program and non-refund of ticket money.
The FIR against Dancer was registered at the Ashiana police station on October 14, 2018, for her alleged failure to turn for the dance show at Smriti Upvan in Lucknow on October 13, 2018.
online and offline tickets were sold for three hundred rupees per person. Thousands of ticket holders were present to see this program. But, sapna did not come, After this the money of the ticket holders was also not refunded. On October 14, 2018, the named FIR of this case was lodged by the Inspector Feroze Khan in the Ashiana police station, in which the organizers of the program Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay of Pahal Institute along with Sapna Choudhary were also named.
ACJM Shantanu Tyagi has fixed November 22 for the next hearing in the matter.
