178 injured in Israeli attacks across East Jerusalem

The war between Israel and Palestine is intensifying even after diplomatic efforts. Rockets and airstrikes between Hamas and Israel have increased. Riots have started in some cities of Gaza Israel between people of Jewish and Arabic descent.

The death toll in Gaza in rocket attacks has risen to more than 83. Seven people, including a five-year-old child, died in Israel. Israel then demolished a six-story building in fresh airstrikes on Gaza. Hamas activities were being conducted from this building. People here are afraid of Israeli attacks in the midst of the Corona crisis. This is the condition of Israel. Here also the civilian sites are falling prey to Hamas rockets.

In some cities of Israel, 21 percent of the population is of Arabic origin. Riots have started in these cities. The riot erupted after an Arabic youth was shot and killed in the mixed-populated city of Lod. Curfew was imposed in the city and more than 150 people were arrested. Apart from Laud, violence has also erupted in Bat Yam, a suburb of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv. Arson and sabotage were also carried out at these places.

According to the police, more than four hundred people have been arrested in the riots across the country. 12 police officers have also been injured. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reviewed the situation in the city of Laud and Acre.

Ceasefire only if justice is given in Jerusalem: Hamas

Hamas, the extremist who launched a rocket attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip, has said that the attacks will continue until justice is found at Sheikh Jarrah, the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Israel should stop encroaching here.

Egypt’s talks with Israel and Palestine: Egyptian delegation went to Tel Aviv to negotiate a cease-fire with Israel. The same team later reached Hamas.

America talks with Israel and Hamas

US President Joe Biden spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the first time on the matter. He said that Israel has the right to respond to the rocket attacks happening in its country.

US Secretary of State Antoine Blinken spoke to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. He condemned the rocket attacks in the talks and called for a halt to the conflict. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has also called for a ceasefire.

Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and Minister of State for External Affairs V Muralitharan have mourned the death of Indian woman Soumya Santosh in Israel. Soumya died in a Hamas rocket attack.
