On the surface all beings appear to be different and distinct but the truth is that beneath the surface we are all one …the same universal intelligence lies in us which lies in every being of the universe….
When you mature…you grow up….you are able to identify the light in the heart of all beings…we are all one…one at the source…one in the heart of existence…
When you realize that we inter-are and are inter-being…then you see a little bit of yourself in all beings of the universe….all is one…one at the source…one at the heart…
You are the universe in ecstatic motion…you are unique and original …you are a miracle….and when this intelligence dawns on you your life starts having a different quality…a different taste…your life becomes divine…and brilliant…
We have all been born from the universal center of existential energy….and although our forms are different and unique our source is the same….so stop identifying and discriminating with matter and step onto the shores of the spirit
Happiness arises….joy arises when you see yourself in the other and enjoy in his happiness….in his ecstasy….when we are all one we can feel for others and be empathetic with others….we are all one family and acceptance of our differences makes our lives beautiful and brilliant…!!
As is said in Sanskrit… “Vasudeva Kutumbakam”…the entire world is one family…and we are all integrated and one with the whole…we should respect, nurture and value each other….we should celebrate our diffrences….it is the many different colors in the rainbow that make the rainbow beautiful….
When you look at another being go deeper than just the form….go to the source….who is it which has animated the being….who is observing…who is being observed…don’t look through your eyes…look through your heart….and love will enlighten you into unity…
Meditate on the source and look at all beings with the eyes of compassion and love…we are all one in the soul…at the source…
Be spiritual….we are not human beings on a spiritual journey…we are spiritual beings on a human journey….as put beautifully by Stephen Covey…!!
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
- Be Soul conscious and not body conscious. Act out of your core….whenever you act, act out of conscious presence, realize that the life force in you is the same as in all living beings
- We are all born out of the unity of the cosmos. Our source is the same, we just appear to be different, but we are all one energy expressed in different forms
- Go deeper than the form. Access the dimensions of the spirit. Understand that you and the other are one and from that oneness stems love
- There is little bit of you in all beings of the universe…As Rumi says “Stop acting so small…you are the universe in ecstatic motion..”
- We inter-are, meaning we exists through each other and we are inter-being, which means that we have a little bit of each other in each other….realise that we are all connected and inter-exist….that is the law of oneness
