Every year on 25 December,Merry Christmas 2020 or the big day festival is celebrated with great joy in the joy of the Lord Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ or Jesus’ descent into the earth, and this day is usually a holiday all over the world. Traditionally, Christmas is a 12-day festival. Although no correct information is available about the birthday of Jesus on 25 December, but the whole world has been celebrating this Roman festival on 25 December for centuries. The first Christmas Day is said to have been celebrated in Rome in 336 AD.

This is how Jesus was born

According to Christian legend, thousands of years ago, the Lord sent an angel named Grabiel to a Jewish girl named Maryam in the city of Nazareth. Who told Mary that she would give birth to a son of God. She will conceive on behalf of the Holy Spirit and give birth to a son and name him Jesus.

Mariam was not married at that time, engaged to a man named Yusuf. When Mary told Joseph this, she made up her mind to leave Mary for fear of slander, but knowing her thoughts, the same angel told Joseph that Mary was pregnant with the Holy Spirit, so don’t be afraid to adopt her. By obeying the angel, Joseph marries Mary.

Nazareth was part of the Roman Empire at that time. The time of the census of the state of Rome came during Maryam’s pregnancy. Then Joseph went to the city of Bethlehem in Jerusalem to write Mary’s name because of the rules. Reaching Bethlehem, he took refuge in a cow shed due to lack of space in the inn. Whereupon Mary gave birth to a child in the middle of the night and wrapped the child in a cloth manger and laid it in the name of Jesus.

This is how Christmas celebration happens

On Christmas day people give gifts to each other and the church is decorated in a very attractive way. People make Christmas trees in their homes and decorate them with colorful bulbs, stars and toys. In the church, tableaux related to the birth of Jesus are prepared. Jesus is supposed to be born on 24 December at night, so special prayers are offered at this time in the church. Carols are sung and the festival is celebrated the next day with pomp. Cakes and many other types of dishes are made during this period.
