Whenever we talk about meditation we visualize the yogis with closed eyes…but meditation has to also be with open eyes…the world is an expression of the universal intelligence…god permeates nature and existence…god is all around you…in the drop of rain…to the first rays of the morning sun…to the fragrance and beauty of the roses…to the brilliance and radiance of the moon….god is everywhere…all around you…

While walking….go deep into walking…surrender to the earth…let your feet kiss the earth….thank the earth for its embrace….be present and be total in your walking…

While talking…listen to your words in silence…don’t decode them….just observe how the lips and the brain synchronize to make brilliant compositions of verbal exuberance..

While eating…generate gratitude to mother earth for its bounty….the flour…the fruits…the vegetables…the pulses….thank the cook for his time, energy and patience….chew each morsel mindfully. Taste the taste and enjoy the experience…

Mindfulness is not an act…it is an attitude….mindfulness means that you are totally present and totally absent at the same time…present through awareness…and absence of the ego….the less you become the more you become…become nothing and you will become everything…

You can meditate while talking…walking…eating …sleeping…speaking…watching….the more space you create within yourself…the greater the bliss you will experience. Meditation is the doorway to joy and happiness…

All our efforts are towards experiencing joy and happiness…but we find that even when we succeed in the world…we are still left empty and wanting…..we need to realize that the only way out is in….dont seek happiness. Be happy as a way of life…be happy and choose to be happy…happiness is a choice …you can choose to be happy right now…

Don’t seek happiness…just become more aware…more watchful..more mindfull…observation is the key…deautomise yourself and uncondition your mind….be open to existence and let the universal consciousness fill up and beautify your life…

Mindfulness is mindlessness….drop your ego…be empty…don’t identify with the past… do not expect anything from the future…be in the present and be total…the deeper you go into the depths of life the higher will be the tree of consciousness and one day the tree will flower and one day the tree will shower flowers of bliss….
