Monkeypox Cases in India Alert Issued In Many States

The threat of monkeypox Cases has increased in India and alert has been issued in these states apart from UP-Bihar. After the corona infection in the country, now the increasing cases of monkeypox are intimidating. Monkeypox, , is now spreading in India. Four confirmed cases have been reported in India so far. Recently, the first monkeypox case was reported in Delhi. It has now been decided that international passengers arriving in Delhi with symptoms of monkeypox will be sent from the airport to Loknayak Hospital. There is a 20-member special team here to treat the patients.

The Health Department of Haryana has also issued alert regarding Monkeypox. Instructions have been issued to the doctors in the OPD that if any suspicious case comes to the fore, then its information should be immediately informed to the senior officers. Along with this, special attention is being kept on people coming from abroad.

Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey said that the Health Department in the state had issued a guideline regarding monkeypox infection. The Health Department has appealed to the people to take precautions regarding this virus. The travel history of the woman could not be ascertained.

Health Department Advisory

The Health Department has issued an advisory to all health centres to take precautions against Monkeypox Cases. Under which those returning after travelling to the countries affected by Monkey Pox will be closely monitored.
