homebuyers

New Delhi: About 1.5 lakh homebuyers are legal in the area which was reserved for years before Delhi NCR, three main builders: Amrapali, Unitech, and JP are not being completed.

Disappointed, they expect that the court or the government homebuyers will be able to take some radical measures so that those who earn money can earn their dreams for them, who spend so much to earn them.

In the case of Amrapali, the Supreme Court has already issued an order to appoint NBCC to complete the incomplete projects and has also appointed a judicial receiver to oversee the overall management of these projects.

The court has ordered homebuyers to deposit their outstanding fees within three months in a guarantee account in operation in the court premises.

However, buyers wonder where the money will come from.

“We appreciate the test, but there is still a lot of clarity. Banks are not disregarding money that can be used to settle outstanding charges in Amrapali.

Thousands of homebuyers have already exhausted their savings. There is a shortfall of Rs 1700 crore. Abhishek Kumar, President of Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association said, “Where will this money come from? These are major problems and we hope to be clear about this at the next hearing on 9 August. “

In the case of Unitech, the Center has proposed NBCC as a Project Management Consultant to complete the projects. In the proposal of NBCC, homebuyers have been charged at a rate of 50 million rupees. They want to overthrow the rebirth of NBCC and Unitech.

“We are totally against any bureaucratic bureaucracy like NBCC and that too at an extra cost of 8% …… Instead of distributing our homes with 12% compensation, the government is giving us this great elephant Vivek Tyagi, president of UnCC’s Homebuyer Association of India, said that White will feed 8% extra to NBCC.

We are poor homebuyers who do not earn money to continue government companies without any reason.

“We have great real estate developers like Adani Infra and Tata, who are launching to complete JP’s incomplete projects, but the bank consortium is simply stopping their move, the banks want their money at the cost of our homes. “This is a great injustice. The government should help homebuyers,” said Sanjeev Sahani, a senior member of the JP Homebuyers Association.
