This Wednesday was special. Special because Nokia announced and launched four new mobile phones namely – Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6, Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 1. In the Indian market.
Priced at Rs. 5499, the Nokia 1, is the cheapest and most budget-friendly phone the tech giant has to offer. This phone runs on the Android Oreo. The phone has already gone on sale and is experiencing mixed responses.
The other three phone are all part of the Nokia One family. All of them have the Face Unlock feature with pro-camera mode and AI Imaging Suite for taking great selfies
Priced at Rs. 16,999, the Nokia 6 will go on sale from April 6. It is a much-anticipated phone and tech freaks are eagerly waiting for its launch. The phone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor.
The middle top end phone is the Nokia 7 which is priced at Rs. 25,999 and is targeted for the niche market. The pre-bookings are beginning from April 20 and the phone will be available for sale from April 30. This mobile has a large screen and an advanced camera that allows the user to shoot sharp and clear selfies even in low light with the zoom in feature added without any compromise on quality
And Finally coming to the top of the class is the Nokia 8 Sirocco, aimed at the ultra-niche segmented and strategically priced or rather overpriced at Rs. 49,999. Pre-bookings are starting from April 20 and the mobile will be available from April 30. This phone has mobile charging facility and 3 ultra-sensitivity microphones for crystal clear recording.
Nokia is making a comeback and it wants to make the most of it by catering to all types of target audiences and create a name for itself. A name once synonymous with mobiles, Nokia surely wants to regain its lost glory
