Pakistani TikTok star Imsha Rehman has found herself at the center of controversy once again after private videos allegedly featuring her in compromising situations were leaked online without her consent. The incident, which has quickly gained traction across social media platforms, has led to intense trolling and harassment, prompting Imsha to deactivate both her TikTok and Instagram accounts.
This marks the second such incident involving a Pakistani influencer in recent weeks. Last month, another Pakistani social media star, Minahil Malik, was embroiled in a similar controversy when an intimate video with her boyfriend was leaked online.
Who is Imsha Rehman?
Born on October 7, 2002, in Lahore, Imsha Rehman has become one of Pakistan’s most prominent social media influencers. She initially gained attention on Instagram with fishing and lifestyle posts but later switched to creating more relatable, everyday content on TikTok. This shift resonated with her audience, and soon she amassed over 200,000 followers on TikTok and 100,000 followers on Instagram, becoming a well-known figure in Pakistan’s influencer scene.
Imsha Rehman Responds to the Leaked Video
The leaked videos, which reportedly showed Imsha in compromising situations with a friend, were circulated widely on WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram. Sources suggest that the videos were leaked after hackers gained access to Rehman’s accounts.
In the wake of the leak, Imsha deactivated both her Instagram and TikTok accounts. Before doing so, she shared a brief message online, stating, “The backlash has been overwhelming.”
A screenshot shared by The Express Tribune revealed that Imsha had updated her TikTok bio, writing, “Jab tak video viral hai, maine ID off kar di hai” (Until the video is viral, I have deactivated my account).
Minahil Malik’s Controversial Video
This incident follows a similar controversy involving Minahil Malik, another popular Pakistani TikTok influencer. In October, a private video of Malik and her boyfriend was leaked online, sparking widespread discussion. Actress Mishi Khan publicly criticized Minahil, accusing her of leaking the video for attention. “Shameful to see these influencers stooping to the lowest level for fame, disgracing their families, parents, and society. They should be banned from using social media,” Khan remarked.
Minahil Malik, in response to the controversy, left Instagram, posting a heartfelt message about her decision. In her final Instagram post, she expressed the difficulty of leaving social media and urged her followers to “spread love.”

These incidents have raised important questions about online privacy and the vulnerability of influencers in the digital age.
