PM Modi urges people to strengthen Har Ghar Tiranga movement, said- July 22 has special significance in the history.

Har Ghar Tiranga Movement

Their commitment is to fulfil his vision and build India of his dreams. Also, No tax will be levied on the sale of the national flag. Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged people to strengthen the Har Ghar Tiranga movement.
The Central Government has exempted the Goods and Services Tax on the sale of the national flag made of polyester. Hand-woven national flags are already exempt from such taxation. The Department of Revenue, under the Ministry of Finance, in a statement, said that the Indian national flag that follows the Flag Code 2002, including the amendments made in December 2021, will be exempted from GST.
