Dinesh Yadav, Secretary, General Administration Department, took a meeting regarding the preparations for the state-level Republic Day Celebration-2021 (SMS Day) to be held at SMS Stadium, Jaipur. In the meeting held at the secretariat, India to fight corona he discussed department-wise points with officials of departments related to the program. He said that all departments should work with mutual coordination and discharge their responsibilities responsibly.
Dinesh Yadav told the officials that in view of the Corona epidemic, the Corona Guideline should be followed completely during the entire program. He instructed to take special care of social distancing, sanitization and masks. He asked the officials concerned to ensure arrangements for seating at the venue, preparation of cultural programs, parade, cleanliness, arrangement of stage, drinking water, electricity etc.
He said that adequate arrangements should be made for security of the venue, traffic and parking arrangements, and decoration and lighting at the main buildings.
On this occasion, officials of Jaipur Development Authority, Personnel, Public Works Department, PHED, Police, JVVNL, Medical Department, Information and Public Relations, State Motor, Education, Archeology and Autonomous Governance etc. were present
