New Delhi Supreme Court has paved the way for State-owned NBCC manufacturing company to distribute suspended projects in Unitech Real Estate in Gurgaon in the case of Amrapali.
On Monday, the Supreme Court asked the home buyers to express their views on the proposal to be NBCC’s project management advisor on these projects.
A bench headed by judge Danangaya Chandrachud asked the home buyers to submit their reactions before August 2. The court will hear the case on August 9.
