UP Bakra Eid 2021 Guideline Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who decided to cancel the Kanwar Yatra for the second consecutive year due to Coronavirus infection, has instructed to keep strictness on Bakrid this time as well. CM Yogi Adityanath said in a review meeting with Team-09 that sacrifice will not be tolerated in any public place in the state on July 21. Along with this, 50 or more people will not be allowed to gather at any place.

The Chief Minister said that along with the police, the officers of the district administration should also keep a watch that cows, camels, and banned animals should not be sacrificed on Bakrid. Along with this, CM Yogi Adityanath issued an order clearly saying that sacrifice will not be done in public places. For this, only identified sites or private premises will be used. The sacrifice of a cow or camel is strictly prohibited in Uttar Pradesh. If this happens anywhere in the state, strict action should be taken against the concerned person or family as per law.

Muslim religious leaders also appealed Many Muslim religious leaders of Uttar Pradesh have appealed to offer Bakrid prayers only in the mosques of the locality due to corona infection. Apart from this, for the second consecutive year, Bakrid camels will not be sacrificed, the government has now banned it. Spokesperson Haji Farman Haider said that in view of Bakrid, everyone is appealed to follow the Corona protocol. Instead of sacrificing in an open place, do it in a closed place.
He told, also take care of cleanliness and do not crowd in mosques, offer Namaz only in the mosques of your locality. Khateeb Maulana Tahir Hasan of Jama Masjid in Kairana has appealed to the Muslim society in view of the festival of Bakrid. He said that this year also Namaz will not be held in Idgah in view of the possibility of third wave of Corona. Namaz will be offered in mosques. He appealed that everyone should offer Namaz following the guidelines in their mosques.
