UP Total Unlock UP Unlocked from Rakshabandhan After effective control over the global pandemic corona virus infection, the Uttar Pradesh government has almost normalized the situation in the state. The night curfew, which was imposed on Sunday, has also been directed to be lifted on Friday. Now the state has been unlocked from Rakshabandhan. The government has decided to continue with the night curfew as a precautionary measure still. Which will now be from ten o’clock in the night till six in the morning the next day.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in a meeting of Corona Review with Team-09 constituted for Kovid Management at Lok Bhavan on Friday, also directed to end the weekly bandh implemented in the state on Sunday. In view of the deteriorating condition of Kovid in the state, CM Yogi Adityanath directed to end the system of weekly weekly bandh on Sunday. The government has allowed activities from 6 am to 10 pm for seven days a week with the requirement of masks, distance of two yards and use of sanitizers. From now on all cities, markets, In industries and factories, the holiday will be implemented on the date of weekly closure which was effective before the Kovid period. With this, strict action will be taken for not following the Kovid guidelines. He has also directed to issue all necessary guidelines in this regard. Markets were being kept closed on both Saturday and Sunday under the weekend lockdown, but from August 14, Saturday’s lockdown was abolished. Now Sunday’s lockdown is over.

In Uttar Pradesh, shops will now open at all places on Sundays, they will remain closed in those places where there was already a weekly bandh. In the recent meeting of Team-9, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had instructed the officials to assess the situation and consider giving relaxation in weekly detention. Earlier on 19 June, 11 July and 11 August, relief was given in Corona curfew with the situation improving on Corona virus infection. In this, in the mandate, the government had given exemption for activities only from Monday to Saturday. Corona curfew was kept in force on Sunday. The Chief Minister had also directed the Home Department to submit a detailed guide line. The Chief Minister also directed that the Kovid protocol should be followed at every place and in every case. There should not be unnecessary overcrowding anywhere in the state and the police should patrol continuously.

There was a constant demand from all the districts of Uttar Pradesh through trade circles that when all kinds of activities are happening six days a week, why should restrictions be kept only for Sundays. During this, the traders had also apprised the government about the losses being incurred. On this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a decision after considering it sympathetically.
