After the competition, a video showing Yadav celebrating his victory with his supporters in a hotel room leaked online. All of them were so happy and celebrating victory.
Now, in a video posted by one of Elvish's fan pages, he is heard saying that after winning and meeting the head of JioCinema (Jyoti Deshpande).
She informed him that in the previous fifteen minutes, he had collected 280 million (28 crore) votes. The video has divided internet users and gained widespread popularity on social media.
His fans have defended him, claiming that they also cast several votes within those fifteen minutes since each JioCinema user was only permitted to submit a total of 99 votes through a single account.
Abhishek Malhan and Manisha Rani were defeated by Elvish Yadav. Abhishek Malhan was readmitted after the show since he has been ill for a few days.
