Deepinder Goyal, cofounder and CEO of foodtech giant Zomato, has joined Shark Tank India as its newest shark for the forthcoming season.

"The third shoot schedule gets underway with the sharks! Welcoming the new shark @deepigoyal, founder and CEO of Zomato!' posted on X from the show's official handle.

This occurs a week after OYO cofounder and CEO Ritesh Agarwal joined the cast of the Sony Entertainment Television series as a shark for Season 3.

Additionally, Peyush Bansal, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, Aman Gupta, and Amit Jain will also be present in the upcoming edition.

Deepinder Goyal responded to the news by saying he was joining the show to push himself and gain knowledge from the experience.

The third schedule of the season's celebrity founders' shoot got underway over the weekend. The exact day that the show will air has not yet been determined.

Entrepreneurs present their ideas and companies to the sharks in the show's Indian style in exchange for funding and mentoring.
