We don't mind that a funny murder mystery that was first titled "Mr. Lele" with Varun Dhawan became "Govinda Naam Mera" with Vicky Kaushal.

Vicky  has shown that he is made for high-octane serious dramas with an impressive lineup of patriotic, but with this most recent offering, he effortlessly displayed his playful and humorous side.

His on-screen chemistry with Bhumi Pednekar (as Gouri) and Kiara Advani (as Suku) appears to be equally fiery and captivating.

With each actor maintaining his or her unique qualities, this new trio presents an intriguing image on screen.

It is safe to say that Govinda Naam Mera contains all the components of a masala entertainer: a tspn of humour, a slice of romance, loads of tension, two scoops of drama, and a teaspoon of mystery.

By offering a few comedic one-liners here and there, "Govinda Naam Mera" initially gives the impression that it will lean more toward humour, but the movie ends up being more than what first appears.

The story revolves around a choreographer (Vicky Kaushal) who is charged with killing his wife (Bhumi Pednekar), however there isn't a body.
