Arun Yogiraj is a sculptor of note who comes from a five-generation line of well-known sculptors in Mysore. He has been honoured to have his idol installed at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

"The idol for the Prana Pratishtapana of Lord Rama in Ayodhya has been finalised," stated union minister Pralhad Joshi on Monday in a social media post.

The idol of Lord Rama, created by Yogiraj Arun, a well-known sculptor in our nation, will be placed at Ayodhya. Arun stated that he hasn't heard from anyone in a formal capacity yet.

In addition to praising Arun, former Karnataka chief minister B S Yediyurappa expressed delight in the choice of Lord Ram's idol to be installed in Ram Mandir.

"The idol ought to depict a divine child as well, as it represents the statue of God's incarnation," Arun remarked. The deity should be felt by those who gaze upon the statue.
