Yoga Day celebrated from India Today is the seventh International Yoga Day. On this day people all over the world including India are practicing yoga. Yoga Day is being celebrated from India to America. Programs on Yoga Day have been organized across the country. Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel practice yoga in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh and on the banks of Pangong Tso lake near the China border. At the same time, about 3000 people practiced yoga together in Times Square, New York.
